It’s amazing that it took a Federal Law to get companies to disclose their privacy policy to you! Be sure and read them carefully. 

At Terry Balding & Associates our privacy policy has been the same for 20 years. We only share your personal information when required to by law or when you tell us to. 

Examples: 
We are required to share basic information with Harbour Investments, Inc., and our clearing firm Pershing. (DLJSC) 

We are often requested by our clients to send financial information to a tax preparer. 

The bottom line is, your business, is your business only! 

We wouldn’t have it any other way.
